Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office management tools. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. Candidates with experience in medical or dental reception, bookkeeping, or personal assistance are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools • Handle correspondence via email and phone, demonstrating professional phone etiquette • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office management tasks • Assist with administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and document preparation • Provide support for administrative projects including data entry and record keeping • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times Skills • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support • Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette • Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele effectively • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Excellent typing speed and accuracy; proofreading skills are preferred • Strong customer service orientation with a professional demeanor • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively • Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is desirable but not required • Personal assistant experience or experience managing calendars can be beneficial Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $12.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
