Full Description

We are seeking a remote Planful Solution Architect . This role is fully client-facing and hands-on — you will lead design sessions, architect scalable solutions, and guide client stakeholders through successful Planful implementations. Acting as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, you will ensure the client maximizes the value of their investment in Planful. Job Duties: • Lead solution design workshops with client finance and accounting teams. • Architect and configure Planful applications ( Core Planning, Workforce Planning, Dynamic Planning, Reporting, etc. ). • Translate complex FP&A requirements into practical, scalable solutions. • Oversee implementations end-to-end, including integrations, workflows, and reporting models. • Provide thought leadership on best practices, industry trends, and Planful optimization. • Partner with clients post go-live to expand functionality and drive adoption. Education & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years of FP&A, financial systems, or consulting experience. • 2+ years hands-on with Planful (implementation, solution design, or administration). • Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes. • Hands-on experience with Dynamic Planning and advanced use cases. • Ability to lead client discussions and translate finance needs into system solutions. • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving consulting environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required. Plus: • Experience with integrations (ERP, HRIS, CRM to Planful). • Exposure to other EPM tools (Prophix, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, Hyperion, etc.). • CPA, CFA, or MBA background.
