Listing Agent Path We are looking for motivated individuals who want to learn to grow into a successful Listing Agent by starting in an Inside Sales Agent position while earning rewarding commissions and developing the foundation needed for long-term success. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will learn to connect with inbound leads, qualify motivated clients, and schedule appointments for buyer and listing agents. Compensation: $130,000 at plan Responsibilities: • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers • Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Team and individual sales • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Close transactions • Sales talk Qualifications: • Must possess a real estate license • Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • Real estate license • Great communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area About Company The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
