How You Will Make History Here.... As the Production Supervisor (3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM), you will lead front-line leadership and engage hourly technicians in plant-wide initiatives, including Continuous Improvement Projects and High-Performance Organization (HPO) strategies. Your role ensures safety, product quality, line efficiency, budgetary goals, and employee morale while driving operational excellence across all three shifts. What You Will Do.... • Direction & Priorities: Provide clear direction and priorities for the business unit aligned with site objectives. • Teamwork & Budgeting: Develop and maintain teamwork plans and budgets. • Labor Management: Manage direct and indirect labor efficiently. • Leadership Development: Coach and develop Team Leaders, Service Leaders, and other leadership roles. • Training & Coaching: Deliver training, coaching, and facilitation to build capability. • Safety Management: Oversee safety systems within your area. • Daily Management Systems: Lead development of key systems such as DDS, CL, RCFA, and operational standards documentation. • Communication: Share business unit results and needs with senior management. • Organizational Leadership: Foster positive employee relations and adapt to evolving business needs. • KPI Tracking: Monitor and close gaps on KPIs including safety, quality, and efficiency. • Strategic Planning: Participate in budgeting, strategic planning, TDC initiatives, and capital forecasting. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with plant functions and corporate teams (Engineering, Process Safety, Product Development, Reliability). Who You Will Work With.... • Operations Teams: Lead and coordinate activities across all three shifts. • Plant Leadership: Collaborate on strategic planning and operational excellence initiatives. • Cross-Functional Partners: Work with engineering, safety, product development, and reliability teams. What You Bring to the Table.... (Must-Have) • Education: • High school diploma/GED with 1+ years of supervisory experience or 2+ years of operations experience in manufacturing • OR Bachelor’s degree • Skills & Experience: • Ability to lead daily operations and ensure efficiency, safety, and quality • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience managing KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives It Would Be Great If You Have.... (Nice-to-Have) • 2+ years of operations leadership experience (Supervisor, Team Lead, or Sr. Operations role) • Cross-functional operations experience with strong understanding of plant functions • Expertise in operational excellence platforms and strategic planning Physical Requirements • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally • Close vision required • Regular sitting, talking, hearing, and hand use; occasional stooping or kneeling Working Conditions • Office environment is quiet; plant environment is loud and requires hearing protection • Exposure to stairs, platforms, and manufacturing equipment Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $59,400-$85,400 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
