Experienced Manufacturing Engineer Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. The selected candidate will be responsible for the creation of Fabrication Planning and Installation Planning, fabrication sourcing (inside and outside of Boeing), interface with procurement team, and tracking of parts after procurement. These efforts are to support the Flight Testing of multiple programs. Position Responsibilities Include: Develop and implement production engineering methodologies Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines Develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintain the program architecture for build Develop and implement manufacturing plans Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements Assist in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions Resolve technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems Implement lean principles and technologies Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement Experience working with a GOLD Uniface/GOLDesp application computing system 1+ years of experience managing a Bill of Material (BOM) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): An active U.S. Secret or higher Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
