PMP certification, 3-7 years project management experience, preferably in healthcare settings, with skills in budgeting, reporting, and regulatory adherence.
The Project Manager provides experience to lead designated projects and assignments. They interact with customers, receive direction and coordinate their projects in alignment with EPMO standard processes. In addition, they monitor and coordinate the execution of the various services and processes relating to project management. The Project Manager works in collaboration with the assigned business sponsor, executive sponsor, program manager, operations leader and leadership. Texas Connect, Inc. (TCI) is a Management Services Organization (MSO). As an MSO, we are dedicated to providing business and administrative services for healthcare providers, such as medical practices and hospital systems, allowing them to focus on patient care. TCI handles crucial backend functions, such as Information Technology, Billing, and Medical Coding. This allows our client healthcare organizations to delegate these and other essential, but non-medical tasks to TCI to improve operational efficiency. Required Skills Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met. Prepare and coordinate project reports for clients and project team. Review requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with the project and confer with client and property management on costs and impacts; Support the marketing of services to clients as requested; Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures; Cooperate with other personnel to achieve goals and objectives as to quality, service, cost and profit; Report to immediate supervisor major problems and findings and results achieved with recommendations; Advise and obtain the necessary approvals from the appropriate members of management of potential organizational changes, actions that might require additional commitments, and the need for expenditures in excess of approved budget; Adhere to government laws and regulations and established rulings of government authorities, including building codes, safety regulations, etc; Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance; Strive constantly to improve skill and work knowledge; keep up to date in the field of specialization; Required: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline. 3 to 7 years of experience project management experience Experience with inpatient acute care & ambulatory healthcare facilities
