Lamar Blvd - 10th Floor Arlington, Texas 76011 Work hours: Full Time Days; 40 hours/week; Schedule is Flex Times based on clinical needs Collections Department Highlights • Career Growth Opportunities • Training and Developmental programs for the Team • Bonus Opportunities Here’s What You Need • High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) • Four years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience (REQUIRED) • Three years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience - Collections or Self Pay AR Management (REQUIRED) • Billing and Authorization knowledge (PREFERRED) • What You Will Do • Daily supervisory duties for staff. This includes, but is not limited to, Staff scheduling and PTO approval, Quality Reviews, monitoring productivity, Employee coaching when required and account escalations. • Ensure work queue's are completed daily/weekly and there are no gaps in account management. • Work with customers, both internal and external, to resolve any outstanding issues that may arise between these areas and the CBO staff in a professional and courteous manner. Prepare concise and accurate reporting to management of issues with proposed solutions. Should be the first person to identify opportunities with workflow and any trends for potential process improvement. • Responsible for reviewing claims and/or accounts and completing Quality Review forms for applicable staff at the intervals determined by leadership. • Facilitate team meetings and distribute minutes to attendees. Attend/participate in Newsletters, High Risk Accounts, Regular Staff Meetings, Billing Meeting (as necessary) and weekly Leadership meetings. Facilitate cross-training of all job duties w/in the operations team.
