What we want The Pre-Clerkship Program Coordinator I supports the delivery and administration of the EnMed Pre-clerkship curriculum, encompassing both engineering and medical components. Responsibilities include course management, scheduling, communications, and accreditation support. This role serves as a key liaison between faculty, staff, and students to ensure effective curriculum execution. What you need to know Salary: Will be commensurate based on the selected hire’s education and experience. Location: Houston, TX Apply! Required education and experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of office administration, program coordination, or closely related experience Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Canvas and other LMS platforms. Knowledge of institutional and accreditation requirements. Knowledge of undergraduate medical education programs. Responsibilities Assists in planning and executing Pre-Clerkship program activities, including lectures, labs, workshops, meetings, and other educational events. Coordinates program communications to faculty, staff, and students. Supports implementation of program initiatives and participates in evaluation or feedback processes to enhance program effectiveness. Responds to inquiries regarding program schedules and requirements, Coordinates course logistics, including scheduling, classroom assignments, and instructional resources. Assists with exam planning, administration, and grading logistics. Maintains accurate program records, databases, and documentation for academic purposes. Tracks and monitors student participation and course completion as needed. May support faculty communication, curriculum documentation, event coordination, and/or other tasks essential to the smooth operation of the program. Why Texas A&M University?
