Responsibilities • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles with accuracy and efficiency • Complete manufacturer-recommended services and warranty repairs • Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle status • Maintain a clean, organized workstation • Follow all dealership, safety, and manufacturer standards • Provide a positive customer experience through quality craftsmanship Qualifications • ASE or OEM certification(s) preferred (we welcome all levels — from C-level to Master Tech) • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliability, professionalism, and pride in workmanship • Experience with [insert franchises if applicable—Hyundai, Kia, Subaru, etc.] (If you want to specify brands, I can customize this section.)
