Manage financial planning and analysis for Growth Team expenses, perform monthly financial reviews, and support strategic revenue growth initiatives.
4+ years FP&A experience, BA in Finance, preferred MBA and CPG experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and ERP system proficiency.
Job Description: • Build relationships across functional teams to effectively partner with the Growth TEAm, especially supporting the VP of Sales on financial modeling of strategic initiatives • Manage and own the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasting budgeting process from a finance perspective for all Growth Operating Expenses • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive value-based Revenue Growth Leadership strategies including pricing, trade spend, packaging optimization, and long-term account planning • Perform monthly analyses and presentations to Growth TEAm leadership for review of company financial metrics and Growth Team budget variances • Develop reporting and perform analyses on new/existing customer strategies that support sustained customer growth, retention, profitability, and margin optimization • Own changes to Weekly Profitability Outlook for Volume, Revenue, Deductions from Revenue, and Growth OpEx which will be presented to the Executive TEAm • Proficiently conduct business and data analyses, and present data-driven recommendations for improvements and advancements • Identify and quantify critical issues, risks and opportunities and present solutions to leadership for decision-making • Uphold and demonstrate leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and volunteering opportunities Requirements: • BA in Finance or related degree • 4+ years FP&A experience and Finance • MBA preferred • CPG or Grocery Retail experience preferred • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Develop collaborative relationships with team members and other departments throughout the company • Solutions oriented to enhance processes and solve problems • Results-driven individual who is determined to attain goals • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to analyze data and explain why trends are moving in certain directions • Experience with ERP and Systems tools including OneStream Benefits: • Competitive salary with bonus opportunities for various roles • 100% employer paid medical premiums for our associates and their families. • Free Mental Health, Financial Wellness, and Legal Counseling benefits • 401K with a company match • Company paid Life Insurance • Tuition reimbursement assistance • Continuous learning opportunities through various platforms and resources • A robust parental leave program • Care Relief Fund to help Associates in need. • Associate Assistance Program • Paid volunteer time
