Job Description: Join our Team: Project Manager Fort Wayne, IN Join our team at Advance Mixer - a Terex Brand and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Project Leader to contribute to the Advance team. The Project Leader will focus on coordinating the people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Projects will be assigned as needed and this position will report to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Annual salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 Job Qualifications Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience related to managing manufacturing projects. Experience: At least four years of experience in project leadership, team member management, manufacturing and supply chain required. Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently Ability to lead and direct team members and committees Knowledgeable in the standards, concepts, practices and procedures within project leadership. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in manufacturing line flow and manpower. Ability to work at all levels within an organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills Good PC skills in Microsoft Office Physical Requirements: Daily physical activity generally associated with being in a manufacturing environment including standing and walking on production floor and stooping, bending and climbing to view potential hazards; exposure to noise and other environmental conditions while in the production area.
