Description Responsibilities • Drive accountability for capital budgets and schedules associated with construction projects, ensuring safety and quality of work performed. • Develop, coordinate, and execute project schedules with contractors, property management, customers, vendors, internal stakeholders, municipalities, and government agencies. • Inspect active construction projects to ensure compliance with company and governmental guidelines. • Complete post-construction plant walk-out including as-builts to fulfill company standards and local requirements. • Coordinate and participate in various internal meetings to ensure communication and alignment of initiatives. • Serve as a market neutral SME on fiber construction solutions and best practices. • Identify permitting authorities based on proposed routes and complete necessary permit applications. • Visit permitting authorities to submit applications and obtain permits. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Roseville, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
