NOW HIRING – HVAC Junior / Entry-Level Mechanic (2 Positions Open) Technique Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Technique Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing and we’re looking for two (2) HVAC Junior/Entry-Level Mechanics to join our team. These positions focus on: Hydronic System Replacements (Boilers, Pumps, Piping) New Construction & Residential Service/Repairs If you have 3–5 years of experience as a junior mechanic, can follow direction, and want real hands-on growth, this is the spot for you. Compensation & Benefits • $28–$38 per hour (based on experience) • Performance-based pay opportunities • Medical benefits • Retirement plan • Steady year-round work • Career growth into full mechanic roles Responsibilities: Hydronic System Replacement Track • Assist in replacing boilers, pumps, circulators, hydronic piping, and related components • Support lead mechanics with system draining, cleaning, assembly, and testing • Help with wiring, controls, and basic startup tasks • Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper documentation New Construction / Residential Service Track • Assist in new construction HVAC installs (ductwork, equipment setting, piping) • Support troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic residential repair tasks • Perform routine maintenance under supervision • Interact professionally with homeowners and builders General Responsibilities (Both Positions) • Work efficiently with direction from senior mechanics • Read basic floor plans and follow job specifications • Load/unload materials and prepare job sites • Maintain tools and equipment • Follow company safety standards • Show strong work ethic and willingness to learn Requirements • 3–5 years experience as a junior mechanic (HVAC required) • Basic understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation methods • Ability to follow instructions and grow into more independent work • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills • Professional, clean, reliable, and safety-focused Who We’re Looking For Someone who takes pride in their work, shows up every day ready to learn, and wants to build a long-term career.
