Position Overview As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, youll be the voice of TaxSlayer, helping customers navigate their tax filing experience with confidence and ease. This is a temporary, work-from-home opportunity during our peak season. Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary • Maintain accurate customer records in the support system • Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs • Meet performance goals for response time, satisfaction, and quality • Stay informed about TaxSlayer products and services • Follow company policies, including privacy and data protection • Maintain a quiet, professional home workspace Bonus Skills?
