We are seeking a resourceful, organized, and collaborative Operations Lead to manage and oversee day-to-day site operations for our U.S. office. This role is critical to ensuring our U.S. site runs smoothly across multiple operational domains—HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Facilities, and General Administration. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and can coordinate with corporate functions at Tata Electronics HQ in India. You will be the key enabler of all back-office operations and business support, helping establish best practices, ensure compliance, and support the scaling of a global tech organization in the United States. · Oversee and manage daily operations of the U.S. office, ensuring smooth execution of administrative, facilities, and infrastructure support functions · Own local vendor management, procurement, and facilities-related activities to maintain business continuity and compliance · Develop and enforce internal operational processes, tools, and documentation to drive efficiency and standardization across teams · Manage corporate and administrative obligations in alignment with U.S. regulatory requirements · Support local functions such as HR, IT, finance, and legal by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring seamless execution · Implement and uphold site-level policies and procedures aligned with global standards set by Tata Electronics HQ in India · Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. operations and cross-functional teams at India HQ to ensure transparency, coordination, and goal alignment · Collaborate with global leadership on strategic initiatives to scale operations and support organizational growth in North America · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field · 5–8 years of experience in operations or business support roles; startup or cross-border experience a plus · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational areas (HR, IT, Legal, Finance) in a small- to mid-sized organization · Familiarity with U.S. regulatory compliance for business operations · Excellent communication skills, especially working with global stakeholders and functional leads · Proficient in tools such as MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, Concur, SAP/ERP, or similar systems Desired Experience Level · Experience working with global stakeholders · Hands-on, can-do attitude with a bias for action and process improvement · Strong problem-solving and organizational skills · Ability to thrive in an unstructured or rapidly evolving environment
