About the Job We are hiring Project Managers and Project Leads to support large-scale English language recording projects. In this role, you will coordinate teams of speakers and reviewers, manage timelines, ensure linguistic quality, and deliver high-standard language content on schedule according to project guidelines. Job Title: Project Leads & Project Managers – English Language Recording Compensation: USD $20 – $25 per hour (based on role and experience) Work Mode: Remote (via Google Meet and online collaboration tools) Engagement: 6 weeks | Full-time | Contract Key Responsibilities • Manage English language recording teams • Plan daily workflows and coordinate task execution • Conduct quality checks for accuracy and consistency • Oversee end-to-end project delivery for assigned language tracks • Track progress, prepare reports, and address operational issues • (For Project Managers) Communicate with clients and stakeholders as needed Requirements Language Skills: • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) • Additional language knowledge is a plus Experience: • Project Lead: Experience coordinating teams (language or operations) • Project Manager: Experience managing language or translation projects preferred • Project or program management background required for both roles Other Skills: • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently • Full-time availability for the 6-week duration What We Offer • Opportunity to lead international language teams • Competitive hourly compensation • 100% remote work in a collaborative environment • Experience with large-scale global language projects Equal Opportunity We are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
