CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Musculoskeletal Intervention Specialist Program Manager with strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing and supporting field personnel. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening clinical quality, standardizing training and onboarding, supporting chart review processes, and collaborating across teams to drive consistent, high-quality performance. This position is ideal for an experienced Athletic Trainer with strong leadership capabilities and a desire to elevate clinical standards across multiple sites. Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience) What You’ll Do: Clinical Quality & Compliance • Evaluate MIS candidate credentials and clinical experience; support interviews and hiring decisions. • Provide Medical Office onboarding for all new MIS personnel. • Serve as a subject matter expert in reviewing MIS Clinical Protocols. • Partner with Medical Office, ECC Training & QA, and Operations to develop an MIS chart auditing process, address training needs, and provide targeted retraining based on performance and audit findings. • Support staff development through ongoing professional education, including active participation in Monthly Clinical Discussions. • Contribute to the development and improvement of a clinical quality dashboard to track performance trends across sites. Collaboration, Communication & Professionalism • Collaborate proactively with Operations Managers to align clinical expectations with operational goals, site readiness, and client needs. • Serve as a professional, knowledgeable representative of CAREonsite in all client and field interactions. • Communicate clearly and respectfully with staff, leadership, and client partners to ensure constructive, solution-focused dialogue. • Deliver coaching and feedback to field staff and Operations leadership in a professional, growth-oriented manner. • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect across clinical and operational teams. • Support early intervention pilot programs in partnership with the innovation lab. • Travel up to 30% to support onboarding, audits, training, and staffing coverage as needed. What We’re Looking For: • Licensed/Certified Athletic Trainer with at least 5 years of field experience. • Program management experience preferred. • Industrial, construction, or occupational health experience preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
