Talento Search Group has an opening for a Customer Service Representative in the Lead Hill, Arkansas area. This is a direct-hire position. This position does Not offer remote or hybrid work. Duties & Responsibilities: • Support customer network • Answer customer questions • Manage incoming calls • Provide customers with product information • Track projects and communications with customers • Process purchase order requests Experience Needed: • High School Diploma or GED • At least 3 years of customer service experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP type systems • Strong communication and presentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel • Great phone etiquette About Talento Search Group: Talento Search Group is an executive-search firm servicing manufacturing and logistics companies nationwide.
