Title: Senior Project Manager Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead an accelerated sourcing and potential implementation effort for three procurement technology solutions: • ORO – Intake & Orchestration • Globality – Sourcing • Simpli Contract – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) The ideal candidate has a strong track record managing complex, cross-functional projects in procurement or supply chain environments, driving outcomes under tight timelines. This role will oversee vendor selection, stakeholder coordination, and preparation for potential solution deployment. Key Responsibilities • Project Leadership: Plan, manage, and execute the accelerated sourcing process for identified tools, ensuring alignment with procurement strategy and organizational objectives. • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business and procurement teams to collect requirements, evaluate options, and guide decision-making. • Timeline & Deliverables: Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, and progress tracking for aggressive deadlines. • Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout sourcing and potential implementation phases. • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation—requirements, evaluation criteria, vendor scoring, and recommendations. • Implementation Readiness: Prepare deployment plans, resource needs, and change-management strategies for selected solutions. • Reporting: Deliver regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and recommendations. Experience: • 5+ years of project management experience; procurement or supply chain technology experience preferred. • Experience with ORO, Globality, or Simpli Contract platforms is a plus. • Background in sourcing and implementing enterprise SaaS solutions. • Familiarity with procurement processes, CLM, and vendor evaluation. Skills: • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities. • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.). • Understanding of the procurement technology landscape. Certifications (Preferred): • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum. Preferred Knowledge • Procurement best practices and contract lifecycle workflows. • Ability to manage accelerated timelines and high-priority initiatives.
