Entry-Level Financial Analyst Location: Hybrid - Charlotte NC Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Compensation: $20/hour We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to support our incentive compensation operations. In this role, you will assist with calculating compensation payments, maintaining compensation data, and helping resolve advisor inquiries. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a strong analytical foundation while learning key financial processes and systems in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist with the accurate calculation and distribution of monthly incentive compensation payments for advisors, plan participants, and support staff. • Support the setup and maintenance of compensation plans, user profiles, and hierarchy structures within the incentive compensation management system. • Help research and resolve advisor compensation inquiries by partnering with internal teams to provide timely and accurate information. • Collect and analyze financial data to support research requests and contribute to informed decision-making. • Learn and apply compensation policies, procedures, and best practices to support advisors and internal business partners. • Help prepare basic training materials and assist with presentations on compensation programs and tools. • Support efforts to improve internal processes and controls, identifying opportunities for increased accuracy and efficiency. • Participate in special projects such as compensation plan updates, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
