Job Title: Credit Event Operations Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 WFH) Job Type: Contract Max Pay Rate: $30.23/hr About the Role The Global Markets Loan Operations Credit Information Group (CIG) supports the Global Credit Trading Desk, which trades syndicated loans, bilateral loans, bonds, private equity, and aircraft products. CIG manages confidentiality agreements, credit event processing, due diligence materials, borrower information requests, and the information wall supporting restricted/unrestricted activities. You will coordinate credit events—including amendments, waivers, bankruptcies, and restructurings—and interact directly with internal partners, external clients, and trading desks. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate the credit event process for Global Credit Trading partners and clients. • Interpret legal documentation, credit agreements, amendments, waivers, and restructuring materials. • Prepare and execute confidentiality agreements (NDAs). • Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with flood regulation requirements. • Assemble and distribute due diligence packages to clients and trading teams. • Manage go-private processes, restricted lists, and access-to-information protocols. • Communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally. Requirements • Presentable, confident, and client-facing with excellent communication skills. • Strong comfort with numbers, documentation, and calculation accuracy. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading support environment. • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to escalate appropriately. • Strong ability to partner with colleagues across varying levels and backgrounds. • Previous experience in secondary loan trading, leveraged loan operations, credit event management, or legal/loan documentation review preferred. Preferred Experience • Knowledge of syndicated loans, bilateral loans, or credit trading workflows. • Experience in legal documentation, amendments, waivers, restructurings, or bankruptcy support. • Exposure to Global Markets or Investment Banking operations.
