Description Join our dynamic team dedicated to managing inventory through FSL, onboarding suppliers to the B2B process, and ensuring inventory serialization and reconciliation for data accuracy across systems and reporting. Typical Day in the Role • Contribute to inventory reconciliation and data quality improvement. • Support streamlined processes following a major system release. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and a demonstrated track record of solving complex data issues through root cause analysis. Summary The primary function of this role is to maintain vendor relationships and act as a business analyst for non-IT projects. Responsibilities may include maintaining project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. This role typically reports to a project manager or director. Job Responsibilities • Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization. • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics. • Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements. • Set up project and work breakdown structures. • Establish and document business processes. • Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls, and costs against budgets. • Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions. Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively. • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. • Experience with computer applications, such as Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience is a plus. Education/Experience • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field required. • 5-7 years of experience required.
