If you are passionate about automating processes, optimizing infrastructure, and improving deployment pipelines, this internship will provide you with hands-on experience in building and maintaining scalable systems. About the Role As a DevOps Intern, you will collaborate with experienced DevOps engineers on projects involving automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), cloud infrastructure, and system monitoring. This role will help you gain exposure to the latest tools and practices in DevOps, while building a strong foundation in the field. Key Responsibilities • Assist in automating deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. • Help monitor and optimize cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Assist with configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment. • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. • Implement and monitor system performance, reliability, and security best practices. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and deployment issues. • Research the latest DevOps practices and suggest improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub. • Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. • Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby. • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
