The salary range for this role is $18 to $20 per hour.* The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Warehouse team by serving as the first point of contact for callers and visitors, ensuring efficient communication and smooth administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries as appropriate Provide accurate and helpful information to callers with general questions Greet visitors warmly and ensure a welcoming environment Maintain organized filing systems and assist with administrative tasks as needed Enter and manage data with a high level of accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential Support divisional staff with various clerical responsibilities, including document preparation, scheduling, and internal communications Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support daily operations Foster a positive and professional environment by consistently demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to follow instructions and interpret information accurately Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Key Competencies Customer service excellence Friendly and professional telephone etiquette Adaptability and a proactive approach to administrative tasks Aaron’s Total Rewards Our team members are our greatest asset.
