Role Description We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Remote Final Expense Telesales Team. This is a commission-based, high-earning opportunity where your results determine your income. You will: • Make outbound calls to warm, exclusive leads (NO cold calling) • Build rapport quickly with seniors and families over the phone • Educate clients on final expense life insurance options • Follow a simple, proven sales system • Submit applications electronically • Stay connected with your team for ongoing coaching and development Whether you are starting fresh or already licensed, our training system and leadership culture will help you succeed quickly. Qualifications Required: • Coachable and willing to follow a proven system • High integrity and reliable communication • Self-motivated with strong work ethic • Comfortable speaking on the phone • Ability to work remotely with basic tech skills • Ability to obtain a life insurance license (if not already licensed) Preferred but NOT required: • Sales, customer service, or call center experience • Life insurance license (bonus if already licensed) • This position is performance-based — meaning your income reflects your consistency and commitment.
