We are seeking a Product Manager with insurance experience (pet insurance preferred) to build out the insurance product, provide technical requirements, and rate filings. Will be responsible for ongoing management of the product including performance and reporting. What You’ll Do · Develop future insurance products and enhancements working with cross-functional teams to design best-in-class products · Provide technical requirements and support for tech development · Support rate/form filings and implementation across the US, working with 3rd parties as necessary · Provide competitor and industry analysis to support product development and communications · Ensure compliance and support regulatory communications and reporting as needed · Ongoing review and maintenance of insurance products, driving changes and enhancements to maintain a growing and successful program · Ensure products are profitable and compliant · Work successfully with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and support the needs of those teams Requirements: · Experience designing and launching P&C insurance products · Must have experience with regulatory filings Qualities We Value: · A great attitude fueled by self-motivation!
