• THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE 2X A WEEK IN NEWARK, NJ AND WILL BE A 9 MONTH CONTRACT TO START This role supports Global Customer Service operations by leveraging data, analytics, and reporting to improve efficiency and optimize digital support experiences. The position includes leading analyses of website and customer experience performance, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that translate data into clear, actionable insights. • Support initiatives from ideation through measurement, including A/B test design and analysis. • Serve as a digital analytics subject matter expert, supporting customer segmentation and optimization. • Manage data integrations and ensure high data quality across analytics tools and platforms. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of analytics experience. • Strong SQL skills required, along with experience in Python, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight). • Experience with digital analytics platforms, A/B testing, and applying statistical concepts. • Ability to translate complex findings into clear recommendations and partner effectively with stakeholders Preferred Qualifications • Experience in customer experience or customer service environments. • Familiarity with AWS tools, web technologies, and personalization platforms. • Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts.
