About Us Sygaldry Technologies is building quantum-accelerated AI servers to exponentially speed up training and inference. Our AI servers will address the problem of rising compute and energy costs for scaling AI, enabling companies to innovate faster and more affordably. Sygaldry AI servers combine multiple qubit types within a single, fault-tolerant architecture, leveraging their respective strengths while avoiding their limitations. Sygaldry Technologies is seeking an experienced quantum program manager to join its early team. In this role, you will leverage a strong technical background to define project requirements, assess technical feasibility, plan project schedules and anticipate engineering challenges. You will serve as the orchestrator of the execution process, driving timelines and managing dependencies across multiple technical teams. You will be proactive in communicating with stakeholders and tracking progress. About the Role Minimum qualifications: PhD in quantum physics, applied physics, or equivalent practical experience. Strong background in technical program management. 5 years of experience with technical contributions in systems engineering, hardware development, semiconductor device design/fabrication, quantum computing, or related fields. Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering field. 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Experience managing dependencies and cross-functional interfaces, anticipate issues and propose solutions, and develop or improve tools or processes. Experience in any of the following industries: semiconductor fabrication and device design, complex systems engineering, cryogenics, experimental physics related research, aerospace, hardware research facilities, or related industries.
