Job Description: • Drive next-level innovation to support our mission-critical infrastructure. • Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key. • Leverage cutting-edge technology and sustainable design principles to create world-class solutions. • Uphold Switchs Karma philosophy leading with integrity and empowering those around you. • Specific responsibilities include the following: Design and configure subscription billing, invoicing, cash application, collections and related workflows within Fusion. • Partner with Data Center Services in integrating Fusion with SalesForce, which drives invoicing, inclusive of new services, amendments, renewals, and decommissions. • Partner with General Accounting to ensure ASC 606 and ASC 842 compliance and to support monthly/quarterly close processes tied to subscription revenue. • Partner with Finance to develop dashboards for subscription KPIs (ARR, churn, renewal rates). • Provide training and documentation for subscription management processes. Requirements: • 5+ years billing/revenue management experience inclusive of cash application and collections experience. • Oracle Subscription Management expertise. • SalesForce CRM experience. • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or IT. • CPA preferred.
