Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Contract role for 6 months starting on 12/29/25 Position Overview The Manager of Financial Services is responsible for overseeing financial operations related to healthcare reimbursement, Medicare billing, and patient accounting functions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to interpret large volumes of patient-related financial data. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of Medicare regulations, third-party billing practices, and compliance requirements. This is an onsite position based in Brentwood, Tennessee. Required Experience, Certifications & Skills Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, including a strong working understanding of Medicare regulations, reimbursement methodologies, and third-party billing requirements. Technical Skills • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially: • Excel (complex tables, advanced functions, data analysis) • Access (queries, tables, and forms) • Demonstrated ability to efficiently process and interpret large volumes of patient-related data. • Knowledge of patient accounting systems and related financial workflows.
