Serve as an operational and customer-facing problem solver in an early-stage startup, handling technical troubleshooting, customer communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication, technical troubleshooting ability, fast learning, comfort with engineers, excellent writing, and proactive ownership; startup and devtools experience are nice to have but not required.
