Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Engage with customers in person through community outreach at their residence face-to-face about Lumen telecommunications internet and wireless services • Help launch and manage direct sales and marketing campaigns for Lumen services • Provide clear, accurate information about service offerings and promotions • Ensure high customer satisfaction by answering questions and resolving concerns • Collect customer feedback and share insights to optimize campaign performance • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and maintain brand consistency • Stay up to date on market trends, product updates, and competitive activity Customer Service Representative Requirements: • A natural people person with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset • Team-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong interest in sales, marketing, branding, or client relations • Willingness to learn, no prior telecom experience needed; we provide full training • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • High school diploma or equivalent required Overview: • Employment Type: Full-Time***This is a full-time, W-2 employee position that is commission-only. Representatives typically earn $40,000-$50,000 per year, based on individual sales performance. • Client & Products: Partnered with Lumen to promote and enroll customers in their new wireless and internet services • Pay: $40,000–$50,000 based on performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Work Location: In person
