Manage daily warehouse operations including inventory control, dispatch, stock audits, and supervision of helpers.
Minimum 2+ years warehouse experience, knowledge of inventory management, basic computer skills, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to lift materials, and preferably a diploma or graduate degree.
The Warehouse In-Charge will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including proper storage, dispatch, inventory control, and ensuring smooth workflow. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and a good understanding of warehouse management practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations. Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly. Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly. Ensure timely dispatch of materials according to orders. Conduct periodic stock audits and report any discrepancies. Coordinate effectively with logistics teams. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports. Supervise warehouse helpers and ensure efficient workflow. Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations. Good knowledge of inventory management and material handling. Basic computer skills (MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an added advantage). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift and move materials when required.
