We’re currently looking for a Retail Customer & Sales Associate to join our energetic and people-focused team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, making their experience seamless, positive, and memorable. Whether it’s resolving a concern or educating them about a service, you’ll be an ambassador of quality and care. Responsibilities of the Retail Customer & Sales Associate Position Include: • Serve as the first touchpoint for customer inquiries, offering thoughtful solutions with professionalism and empathy • Gain in-depth product and service knowledge through training, team meetings, and webinars • Address customer questions confidently and provide recommendations tailored to their needs • Maintain professionalism while following store guidelines and company compliance policies • Clearly explain all product and service features, including any active promotions • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions to ensure a smooth experience • Handle customer concerns with integrity and ensure follow-up where needed • Collaborate with the team to share feedback and ideas that enhance performance and client satisfaction Education/Requirements of the Retail Customer & Sales Associate Position: • High school diploma or equivalent • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or support roles • A natural team player with strong communication skills • Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally • Friendly, people-oriented, and brings positive energy to the team Benefits of the Retail Customer & Sales Associate Position: • Career advancement opportunities into management and leadership roles • Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced managers • No holiday work, spend your time where it matters most • Access to professional development through virtual networking events and webinars • Fun team activities, company dinners, and holiday celebrations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,500.00 - $58,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
