POSITION DESCRIPTION Superior Pest Control seeks a full time administrative assistant, an internal position working from our offices located in Wyoming, MI. This position is responsible for helping manage the office as well as provide excellent customer service to our customers, and effective communication to our technicians. Daily activities include communicating with our customers via phone and email, scheduling service appointments, managing service technicians schedules, equipping our technicians with pertinent information as needed, and handling or referring customer inquiries and concerns as needed. General office management duties are an expectation with the position. POSITION REQUIREMENTS The position requires excellent discernment, problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to take direction when given, while recognizing needs within the business and being proactive. Previous office experience is required as is experience with Microsoft Office (Mac iOS, Pages, Numbers, and Adobe are a plus). • Customer Service / Administrative Assistant Experience (1 year experience preferred) • Service Scheduling (preferred) • Bookkeeping Software (Quick Books preferred) • Education: High School Diploma (continuing education preferred) • Language: English (Dual/Spanish a plus) • Available Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm (some flexibility allowed) COMPENSATION Superior Pest Control is successful because our employees thrive in what we do.
