Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Care Provider located in Mount Clemens, MI. The Home Care Provider will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily living activities, providing personal care, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Day-to-day tasks include helping clients with meal preparation, hygiene, medication reminders, household chores, and companionship to enhance their well-being and comfort. This role requires close collaboration with clients and their families to address individual needs and ensure quality care. Qualifications • Caregiving and Home Care skills, including experience in assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being • Personal Care and Elder Care experience, ensuring clients’ hygiene, comfort, and safety • Strong Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, communication, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients • Reliability, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred • Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent
