About the Role As our Sales Operations Associate, you’ll play an essential role in supporting Supergut’s fast-growing sales ecosystem - ensuring our processes run smoothly, our data stays accurate, and our teams are empowered to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) teams to support both our individual customers and retail partners, optimizing workflows, maintaining reliable reporting, and helping turn insights into meaningful action. Your work will directly support our mission by enabling Supergut to reach more people through seamless, high-quality customer and retail interactions. What You'll Do Own the day-to-day operations of our sales systems, pipelines and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across the organization. Partner closely with our Third Party Logistics (3PL) teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery for both individual customers and retail partners. Maintain and optimize our CRM and sales tools, ensuring data integrity, proper tagging, and clean workflows that unlock smarter decision-making. Build and manage dashboards, customer reports, and performance summaries that provide visibility into KPIs, forecasting, and opportunities for growth across both DTC and retail channels. Support customer service and sales teams by ensuring they have updated product information, accurate account histories, and well-maintained records for smooth customer engagement. Assist end-to-end retail account operations, including onboarding, pricing updates, order tracking, compliance documentation, and communication coordination. Support individual customers through operational troubleshooting, coordinating with customer success to resolve order or subscription issues that require sales operations input. Develop and maintain sales enablement resources, ensuring teams are equipped with the right tools, product updates, and training to serve customers and retail partners effectively. Analyze trends in customer behavior, pipeline velocity, and sales performance to provide actionable insights that improve conversion, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance to align on new product launches, retail initiatives, and partner programs. Help evaluate and implement new processes, tools, and automations that improve efficiency and support scale. Model operational excellence through proactive communication, organized tracking systems, and consistently reliable execution. What You'll Bring 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, customer operations, or a data-driven coordination role, preferably in the CPG space. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field. Ability to travel domestically up to 20%. Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and comfort learning new tools. Customer-first mindset with experience supporting account management, customer service, or partner operations. Analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and basic reporting.
