About the Role As Supergut continues to scale rapidly across DTC and omnichannel, you’ll own two of our highest-impact channels: email and SMS. You’ll lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs that nurture relationships, increase retention, and deliver measurable revenue impact. This role requires both analytical depth and creative storytelling — blending insights, segmentation, and testing to deliver personalized customer experiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, product, creative, and brand teams to bring the Supergut mission to life across every touchpoint. What You'll Do Own and optimize the full lifecycle marketing strategy across email and SMS — from onboarding and conversion to retention and reactivation and monthly revenue responsibility. Develop segmentation and personalization frameworks that drive engagement and lifetime value. Manage campaign and automation calendars for product launches, promotions, and storytelling moments that move the business forward. Analyze performance data to uncover insights, optimize creative and cadence, and deliver actionable recommendations. Design and execute A/B testing roadmaps to continuously improve channel performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, eCommerce, and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all customer touch-points. Lead list growth initiatives — driving acquisition, retention, and deliverability excellence. Monitor and report on key KPIs, including open rates, conversion, LTV, churn, and engagement. Bring innovative thinking to improve automation, customer journeys, and personalization strategies. What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing within a high-growth, DTC eCommerce environment. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Ability to travel domestically up to 20%. Deep experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo preferred). Strong analytical and technical skills — able to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Proven ability to drive measurable growth and retention through lifecycle programs. Creative, detail-oriented, and organized — with strong ownership and bias for action. Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools.
