About the Role We’re seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing & Content Strategy to lead the charge in crafting and executing integrated marketing strategies that deliver against our brand, growth, and engagement objectives. You’ll oversee campaigns across paid, earned, owned, and influencer channels, ensuring Supergut’s voice is authentic, distinctive, and impactful in every touchpoint. What You'll Do Campaign Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with brand, growth, and engagement goals across all channels (paid, earned, owned, and influencer). Content Creation: Produce engaging content (images, videos, graphics, and copy) for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Substack, and more. Go-to-Market Planning: Lead go-to-market channel planning for campaigns and cultural moments, from concept to execution, ensuring Supergut’s voice is consistent and compelling. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Creative, Sales, Growth, etc.) to design holistic campaigns that drive key business metrics. Media & Influencer Programs: Oversee media and influencer initiatives, working with agencies to identify, brief, and manage talent and media partners that align with Supergut’s values and resonate with our audience. Audience Insights: Translate consumer research, cultural trends, and performance data into actionable plans to continuously optimize campaigns. Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform future initiatives and enhance ROI. Innovation & Cultural Relevance: Champion innovation by suggesting new ways to improve activations and integrate into cultural moments, keeping Supergut at the forefront of the marketing landscape. What You'll Bring 5 - 7 years of experience in integrated marketing, content strategy, or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment, with at least 2 years of experience managing teams, preferably with high-growth CPG brands. A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required, MBA or Masters degree preferred. Ability to travel domestically up to 20%. Robust knowledge of FTC disclosure and claims safety requirements and social media platform policies. Strong creative skills with experience in graphic design, video editing, and photography. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software (Capcut), Asana, Trello, Hootsuite, Creator IQ, Google Analytics, Meta & TikTokAds Manager. A natural storyteller with a knack for creating cohesive, impactful campaigns across multiple channels. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partners. Deep understanding of media and influencer marketing, with experience managing agencies and talent. Keen knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, and what content works best on each and actually drives engagement. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of cultural and marketing trends. Creative problem-solving skills to suggest unique ways to improve activations. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing marketing landscape.
