Now Hiring: Consultant to Help Launch Community Non-Profit Company: Home Offer 365 Location: Remote / Pennsylvania Compensation: Negotiable + Bonuses Home Offer 365 is a real estate company buying and reselling homes in communities across the South, East Coast, and Midwest. We are passionate about giving back to the community, as we have done many times in the past. Now, we would like to launch a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families, local communities, and people in need. We are looking for an experienced Non-Profit Consultant to guide us through the setup, structure, and strategy of this new community-focused initiative. What You’ll Do • Assist in forming and registering a new non-profit organization • Provide guidance on structure, compliance, and state/federal requirements • Help create programs focused on community support and charitable outreach • Advise on fundraising, grants, and partnership opportunities • Work directly with the founders of Home Offer 365 • Provide ongoing consultation during launch and early growth stages Qualifications • Experience starting or managing non-profit organizations • Knowledge of 501(c)(3) setup and compliance • Strong understanding of community outreach and charitable programs • Ability to provide strategic and operational guidance • Excellent communication and professionalism Why Work With Us • Flexible schedule • Remote work • Opportunity to shape a brand-new community initiative • Long-term consulting potential • Mission-driven organization Ready to Apply?
