Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, for a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut. The Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect eyewear to meet their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining store visual standards, ensuring merchandise displays are appealing, achieving sales goals, operating the point of sale system, and building strong customer relationships. The role demands a high level of professionalism, understanding customer preferences, and an ability to work collaboratively with a team to create an enjoyable shopping experience. Qualifications • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to create positive shopping experiences and build customer relationships. • Experience in retail sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. • Effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail and ability to maintain store visual and operational standards. • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting. • Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills. • Passion for fashion, eyewear, and staying updated on product knowledge and trends. • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. • Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not required.
