Responsibilities • Act as a primary point of contact for sales teams, assisting with order processing, customer inquiries, and account management. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services, resolving any issues that may arise during the sales cycle. • Support the development and execution of sales strategies by providing relevant data, reports, and insights to management. • Reviewing bids. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts that meet client needs while aligning with company policies. • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. • Monitor customer satisfaction levels through feedback collection and proactively address concerns to enhance service quality. • Support training initiatives for new sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. Qualifications and Experience • Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. • Bachelor's Degree • 3-5 years in a similar sales support role. • Expert in MS Office • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales support tools is highly preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and internal teams alike. • Knowledge of basic sales principles and processes to effectively assist in achieving team targets. • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a sales support function is advantageous but not mandatory.
