Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Specialist / Account Manager Location: Boyertown, PA Schedule: Mostly onsite for training; 3 days remote / 2 days onsite thereafter About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Specialist / Account Manager to join our growing team. This role focuses on account management, policy servicing, renewals, and limited remarketing with no direct sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at managing small to mid-sized commercial accounts across all lines of coverage. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met. • Manage all aspects of policy administration, including issuance, renewals, and endorsements. • Act as the primary client contact, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues. • Review clients’ insurance portfolios and provide recommendations to optimize coverage. • Making sure that all client interactions and transactions are accurate. • Conduct risk assessments and provide strategies to mitigate exposure. • Collaborate with the manager and outside producers on larger accounts as needed. • Prepare proposals, certificates of insurance, and supporting documentation. Qualifications: • 1–5 years of commercial lines insurance experience, preferably as an Account Manager or Commercial Lines Specialist. • Experienced with all lines of commercial coverage (e.g., real estate, environmental liability, nonprofit, manufacturing, etc.). • Must hold a current PA State Insurance License. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work in a small office setting.
