What you will do The Senior Manager of Sourcing Operations & Transformation (Hybrid) will drive analytics, data management, and process transformation for the Endoscopy Division. This role leads a global team responsible for step function improvement in data quality, metrics, analytics, and knowledge management. Additionally, the Senior Manager will personally lead high-impact sourcing transformation initiatives, initially including cost reduction, new product development (NPD), and supplier performance, working collaboratively across the division’s sourcing teams. This role will have shared accountability for the achievement of the associated goals. Success in this role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to influence across multiple business units. This is a hybrid role. We are seeking candidates based in or near one of the following Stryker locations: Flower Mound, TX, San Jose, CA, Phoenix, AZ, or Denver, CO. The employee is expected to be physically present at the Endoscopy Stryker locations on average 3 days per week. • Lead a global team of analysts and coordinators, driving development, engagement, and world-class performance. • Develop and implement advanced analytics processes and tools in cost reduction, PPV, supplier performance, and other key sourcing metrics. • Publish accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and metrics across business units to support informed decision-making. • Personally lead top annual sourcing transformation initiatives, with 2026 focus on cost reduction, NPD, and supplier performance. • Collaborate with business unit sourcing teams. Will have mutual accountability for results and transformation goals. • Design and implement a knowledge management strategy • Lead the creation of project charters, management plans, and execution oversight for all assigned initiatives. • Drive cross-business unit operations reporting, meetings, and governance cadences to ensure alignment and transparency. What you need Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in supply management, business, finance, engineering or related field • 10 years of experience supply chain, operations or engineering • Demonstrated capability to influence without authority • Experience building advanced reporting with automation and tools such as PowerBI • Effective integration with IT for solution delivery, but also ability to develop independently as needed • Experience in process transformation experience with measurable results • Effective communication skills globally and spanning leadership levels • Self-starter with ability to use data and hands-on approach to identify opportunities • Demonstrated experience in driving cost reduction and supplier performance improvement with measurable outcomes • Growth mindset – ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment. • Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact transformation initiatives Preferred Qualifications • Master’s in supply management, business, finance, engineering or related field • Six Sigma Certification • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to drive data analysis, process improvement, and decision-making in business operations 115,600 – 245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
