Lead cross-functional teams to ensure ERP deployment readiness and stabilization during hypercare by managing risks, aligning stakeholders, and executing strategic plans.

Work Flexibility: Remote As an Associate Manager, Deployment Readiness you will lead stakeholders cross-functionally to make independent decisions with limited direction to drive ambiguous tasks to a collaborative and on-time outcome in Cutover and Hypercare. This role will be key to ensure readiness for the ERP deployment and bringing stakeholders along for an aligned plan to execute as well as ensuring stabilization is achieved during Hypercare. This is a remote position that requires work location in Eastern or Central timezones. What you will do Lead stakeholders independently and identify gaps or risks and drive to resolution Have executive presence and communicate key messages clearly Lead cross-functional teams to set clear directions and manage follow up confidently with key stakeholders ensuring proper documentation of the plan(s) Execute independent decision-making navigating complex decision-making processes to get buy-in from various stakeholders on key deployment decisions Navigate ambiguous situations to bring clarity Build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, planning and execution of plans, the ability to work through influence and engagement, and a commitment to meeting quality, time and cost objectives as outlined by the project Lead business readiness and implementation, including tracking of deliverables and management of risks and issues Execution of change management principles, methodologies and tools Influence others without authority within the business line organization to complete the required activities Bring moderate business acumen and understanding of process issues and challenges Adjust priorities quickly and manage multiple stakeholder need What you will need Required: Bachelors degree or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and any additional experience and skill set that is required for success in the role Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP (or other major ERP) along with planning cutover and implementation stages in large scale transformation programs Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, with a strong background in project management, business readiness, or implementation. Experience setting direction, navigating ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and executing strategic plans that meet quality, time, and cost objectives. Strong Microsoft Office skills, specialized in PowerPoint. Preferred: Master’s degree. Experience with commercial, service, or finance processes. Experience with MS Project. $100,500.00 - $215,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
