Two staggered shift groups: 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm ET, OR 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm ET Hours may flex based on business volumes, major incidents, or crisis response needs. About the Role Seeking Travel Risk Specialists to support the Global Travel Risk Program within Corporate Security's Intelligence & Risk Analysis (CSIRA) team. This team oversees safe and secure international business travel across 100+ countries. Specialists review travel itineraries for elevated-risk destinations, ensure compliance with policy, monitor global events using vendor platforms, and communicate risk information to travelers and senior executives. This role is administrative (~70% reviewing itineraries & communications), yet requires strong decision-making, critical thinking, and professional communication skills. A good entry point for candidates early in global security, international affairs, or intelligence careers. Responsibilities Review travel requests and itineraries for elevated-risk destinations to ensure compliance with all policies and required documentation. Contact travelers or delegates to resolve missing, incomplete, or noncompliant items. Monitor the Global Travel Risk inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. Use third-party platforms (e.g., Crisis24/Worldcue, Everbridge, ISOS) to monitor incidents worldwide that may affect business travelers Follow established protocols to communicate with travelers and report concerns to key stakeholders and incident management teams. Accurately document actions taken in alignment with procedures and audit requirements. Support crisis management operations during major incidents (may require working outside normal hours). Compile and distribute Travel Risk Advisories. Support major company events requiring travel risk monitoring. Maintain and publish country risk ratings and hotel security assessments. Collaborate closely with Global Intelligence partners and Corporate Security teams to share information and document evolving regional risks. Desired Qualifications Strong independent decision-making, with ability to escalate appropriately to senior leaders. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Strong critical thinking and high comfort operating in ambiguous or fast-moving situations. Experience supporting global travel, travel risk, international programs, or corporate security. Excellent written and verbal communication - especially drafting communications for senior executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with travel risk platforms: Crisis24/Worldcue, Everbridge Travel Protector, International SOS. Familiarity with global risk and intelligence vendors: Everbridge, Sibylline, Intelligence Fusion, Factal, Crisis24. Experience using mass communication / broadcast messaging tools during incidents. Background in international affairs, intelligence, corporate security, crisis management, or related fields. Flexibility to work outside standard hours during crises or as business needs arise. Additional information Role ensures international travelers meet pre-travel safety requirements. Specialists validate itineraries, approvals, hotels, and alignment with corporate policies. Proactive outreach is required when discrepancies or risks are identified. Team monitors global events and performs traveler safety check-ins. Must operate independently, apply judgment, and follow structured processes. Not a cyber role; meant for security, intelligence, global risk, or crisis-focused profiles. Financial services background not required.
