The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the review, preparation, monitoring, and oversight of all contract-related activities. This role ensures full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Candidates should have at least 20 years of experience in contract management and compliance. The position requires a detail-oriented and results-driven individual.

We are looking for a results driven and detail-oriented Contracts Manager who will be responsible for the review, preparation, monitoring, and oversight of all contract-related activities to ensure full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Employment: 1099 Consultant. 20-30 hours per week. Worksite Type: Fully remote. Experience: 20 years. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Document Review, Preparation, and Completion Review and complete the following contract and agreement documents: · Non-Disclosure Agreements · Counter-party Non-Disclosure Agreement · Teaming Agreements · Counter-party Teaming Agreements · Prime Contract Reviews · Subcontract Agreements · Counter-party Subcontract Agreements · Agency Offer Letters · Joint Venture Questionnaires · MPA & MP Application Submissions · Small–Small JVOA and JV Packages Compliance & Regulatory Oversight · Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of all prime contracts and subcontracts. · Ensure adherence to FAR, SBA, and all relevant agency reporting requirements. · Ensure compliance with HUBZone requirements. · Prepare Limitations on Subcontracting Reports in accordance with SBA regulations. · Prepare and develop Service Contract Reports. · Oversee FFATA (formerly FSRS.gov) monitoring and reporting requirements. Subcontracting & Vendor Management · Develop and maintain a subcontracting database for active and prospective subcontractors. · Participate in the vetting and approval process of subcontractors to ensure eligibility, compliance, and capability. Contract Administration · Support the organization in managing all contract lifecycle activities, including agreements, modifications, reporting deadlines, and compliance documentation.
