Channel Account Manager– Copiers – REMOTE ( Mid-West) Our client is a top provider of digital imaging solutions in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. They are currently looking for a Channel Account Manager for the Mid-West region. The perfect candidate will have technical knowledge and experience in devising sales strategies with key stakeholders to drive sales growth. This role is full-time and virtual/remote, with an expected annual salary range of $70,000-104,000. The position is eligible for commissions as per a 65/35 split plan. Responsibilities: • Develop strategies to boost sales with key decision makers in the dealer sales channel and end users • Serve as the frontline representative, fostering business relationships between the company and assigned dealers and offices • Effectively communicate with Fortune 500 customers, such as CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, to present high-level sales strategies, ROI, and technical analyses • Provide technical expertise to dealer sales channel and end user customers for detailed analysis and recommended solutions • Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing programs, education, and other channel-related support • Conduct introductory sales calls, develop retail sales channel proposals, and provide bid support assistance • Coordinate and implement product launches and updates with dealer sales channel • Manage coordination of events/tradeshows • Apply company policies and procedures to address routine issues • Have a good understanding of company products and services Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED • 3-5 years of related experience • Experience with copier sales / A3 market required • B2B retail sales and/or customer face to face, copier dealer, copier manufacturer experience preferred • CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification • CompTIA Network+ Certification • 5+ years in sales/sales support and industry related experience • Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas: • * PROFESSIONAL SELLING IN THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY SIMULATION • FIELD SALES SIMULATION • TERRITORIAL ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION • SALES MANUFACTURING (TM): OPPORTUNITY DEVELOPMENT SIMULATION • STRATEGIC ACCOUNT SALES SKILLS SIMULATION • SALES COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES SIMULATION • Travel of over 75% or more in the Northeast or Mid-West is expected for this position
