Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days remote Compensation: $85,000 to $110,000 Eligibility/Clearance: Eligibility to Work in USA About the role Stelic is seeking a Junior Project Scheduler to support a major data center program while representing the owner. This hybrid role includes three days onsite and two days remote each week. You will work closely with and be supported by the Senior Project Scheduler, ensuring accurate schedule updates, clear sequencing, and coordinated reporting across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. This role offers structured development and meaningful exposure to complex program delivery. Key Responsibilities • Support the Senior Project Scheduler in developing, maintaining, and analyzing Primavera P6 schedules. • Assist with activity coding, logic ties, calendars, and sequencing that reflect actual construction workflows. • Collect weekly progress from project managers, field teams, design partners, and commissioning leads. • Validate activity status, percent complete, and remaining durations during site visits and working sessions. • Prepare draft schedule updates, milestone reports, and trend summaries for senior review. • Track procurement updates, long-lead equipment, and delivery impacts. • Assist with baseline maintenance, variance tracking, and structured change management documentation. • Participate in schedule review meetings, site walks, and coordination sessions. • Support scenario modeling and recovery planning under senior guidance. • Maintain organized, audit-ready schedule records and documentation. Requirements • 3 to 5 years of scheduling or project controls experience on construction or large capital projects. • Interest in data center, heavy electrical, or heavy mechanical environments. • Working proficiency in Primavera P6 or readiness to advance quickly with support and training. • Ability to interpret drawings, understand sequencing, and communicate clearly with field teams. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred. Work Environment • Hybrid role with three days onsite (Pittsburgh, PA) and two days remote. • Direct support and mentorship from the Senior Project Scheduler. • Collaboration with design teams, procurement, commissioning, field supervision, and owner leadership. • Regular site walks and coordination meetings required.
