Full Description

The Facilities and Infrastructure directorate is responsible for the management, maintenance, and construction of all real property assets of the California Military Department. Under the direct supervision of the Construction Project Officer, the Project Director I is responsible for providing management and oversight of less complex and less sensitive capital outlay projects, including needs assessments, formal studies, design, construction, and closeout. The Project Director I will manage projects in accordance with the State Administrative Manual Section 6800, United Facilities Criteria, CA Public Contract Code, CA Public Resource Code, CA Government Code, CA Military and Veteran's Code, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers standards, National Guard Regulations, and CA Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3, Section 15000, and Titles 19, 21, 22, 23 and 24.
